March attended the University of Rochester and Harvard Business School. She excels at working in ambiguous emerging market contexts and aims to use this and her understanding of cross-sector social impact opportunities to help private companies contribute to development solutions through profit-generating activities. March primarily works on consulting projects funded by government donor agencies focused on building market-based solutions, especially through economic development in the agriculture and infrastructure spaces. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring and is a trusted advisor of junior staff. Team members value her authenticity and ability to quickly build trust with clients and stakeholders, irrespective of cultural, style and language differences. She has worked across Africa and in Afghanistan, in addition to short projects in Asia and extensive personal international travel. Outside of work she is on the Board of a PK-12 school and active in the HBS DC alumni community.
