Andrew

Andrew is a double Wolverine – receiving a BA in Economics and German as well as his MBA from the University of Michigan. In early 2020, Andrew co-founded Grizzly Equity Partners (GEP), a traditional search fund, with a Michigan Ross classmate. He serves as Managing Partner and COO as the GEP team identifies a company to acquire and grow over the next decade. Before GEP, Andrew worked with global manufacturing companies for 11 years in sales, business development, and operations. He managed cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia and negotiated over $200MM in long-term contracts in the automotive, commercial vehicle, and retail space. At Michigan Ross, Andrew served as a student ambassador, helping prospective candidates navigate the admissions process, and the VP of Social Events. He has supported prospective MBA candidates in a formal capacity for the last three years, assisting clients identify their intrinsic motivators and crafting unique narratives.
