How should I prepare for the first meeting?

Don’t overthink it. The consultation isn’t an interview, and there’s no right way to show up. If you’ve already taken the initiative to set one up, you’re ready for this conversation. If you have a preliminary school list or a target cycle, great. And if there are specific concerns — an LSAT score you’re debating whether to retake, a GPA that needs thoughtful framing, a character and fitness issue you’re unsure how to handle — let’s talk about those directly. We’d rather spend our time on what actually matters to you than walk through generic overviews you could find on the website.

Come with questions. Dig in. Get real value from the conversation. If none of that preparation is ready, come anyway. Plenty of productive consultations start with nothing more than ‘I think I want to go to law school but I’m not sure where to begin.’ That’s a completely valid place to start — and one we know well how to work with.
