What happens during a free MBA admissions consultation?
Our goal is to have a real conversation — not a sales pitch disguised as advice. Some calls run 15–20 minutes; some go longer. They’re built to do two things: give us enough context to understand where you are, and give you enough clarity to decide whether a deeper engagement makes sense.
We’ll cover the basics — where you are professionally, your testing status, target schools if you have them, timeline, and what prompted you to explore consulting. But we’re also listening for what candidates don’t always say directly: where the positioning feels shaky, what’s creating real anxiety, whether you’ve been getting conflicting advice, and how clearly you can articulate what makes you competitive. Those signals often tell us more than a GMAT score or résumé ever could.
What you’ll walk away with is an honest read on where you stand, what level of support makes sense given your goals and timeline, and what a realistic path forward looks like. If we think our involvement would genuinely help, we’ll explain how and why. If we think you’re already in good shape — or that the timing isn’t right — we’ll say that too. We have no interest in enrolling candidates who don’t need what we offer.
By the end of the call, you’ll have a clearer sense of the admissions landscape, how we think, and enough information to make a decision on your own terms — without pressure or scare tactics.
