Since its inception in 1966, The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management has secured $225 million to advance their mission of promoting diversity and inclusion in American business. The Robert Toigo Foundation was founded in the late 1980s with a vision to directly address the lack of diversity within the finance industry. Our goal from the start has been to prompt the industry to open its doors to a workforce visibly more proportionate to the talent that exists globally and as diverse as the markets it serves. Young Consultants of DC ("YCDC") is an organization of young professionals who work mostly, but not exclusively, in the consulting field and are located in or around Washington, D.C.
