Eric Allen
Founder

Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brown University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors and was a Robert Toigo fellow. Eric is a co-founder of Admit Advantage and a senior consultant. His other professional experience includes working for GE Commercial Finance where he originates leveraged finance transactions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the U.S. and Canada. Eric also co-founded a pharmaceutical software company, New World Science & Technology, Inc.

After graduating with his undergraduate degree, he worked for Accenture as a consultant covering the government sector in Washington D.C. At Wharton, Eric was a student admissions officer, where he reviewed applications of prospective MBA students. In addition to his role in admissions, Eric was a leadership fellow and held leadership roles in several on-campus clubs. Eric is a former alumni interviewer for The Wharton School and Brown University.

Kofi Kankam
Founder

Kofi received his Bachelor of Art degree in Biology from Harvard College, his Masters in Education degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and his MBA from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow. Kofi is a co-founder of Admit Advantage and is a senior consultant.

Professionally, Kofi's experience includes co-founding a wireless, GPS-based social networking company servicing Asia. Kofi also co-founded an educational software company offering job-training and preparatory material to universities like Rutgers and various corporations. Kofi began his career as a consultant for Accenture in New York City servicing the telecommunications space.

At Wharton, Kofi was the Chairman of Wharton's largest student-run conference, a Strategic Marketing teaching fellow, and the founder of the Wharton Comedy Club among several other activities. Kofi is a former Vice President of Marketing and Communication for The Wharton Club of NY and is a former alumni interviewer for The Wharton School and Harvard College. Kofi has successfully coached several clients to gain business school entry since 2004. Kofi's interests include comedy, community service through his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha, and martial arts.

Eli Kennedy
Founder

Eli received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. While at Wharton, Eli earned first year honors and a Shils-Zeidman Fellowship for entrepreneurship. Eli earned a full-tuition scholarship to Wharton as a Howard E. Mitchell Fellow.

Eli’s professional experience includes work as a strategy consultant at Accenture and USWeb CKS. Eli has also worked as a leader in the non-profit sector and as a regional director for a national tutoring company. Currently, Eli serves as a venture philanthropist for a national foundation dedicated to improving urban education.
